Principal Architect

Ar. Tushar S. Sali

Ar. Tushar S. Sali, a successfully practising Architect in Mumbai suburbs since 2004. Graduated from LS Raheja in 1998. He worked with Ar. Qutub Mandviwala & Vivek Bhole Architects for 6 years providing his best. With his more than 20 years of experience & over more than 150 projects already executed. His key attention to details along with a new approach to every project brings the uniqueness and individuality in his designs. Ar. Tushar strongly believes that a design can never exist or be created in isolation. Rather, it is a collective expression of a person’s experiences hence embraces experimentation and push boundaries of conventional design and explore new ideas to create unique design solutions hence perfectly manages to integrate satisfactory and happy long-term relations with clients.

Principal Engineer

Er. Prakash S. Kadam

Engineer Prakash S. Kadam, a successfully practising liasoning expert in Mumbai since 2001. He worked with Vivek Bhole Architects for 13 years as head of liasoning department providing his best. With his more than 25 years of experience in liasoning in Slum Rehabilitation Authority & MCGM he has successfully handled various Redevelopment & SR schemes with Residential & commercial projects. Er. Prakash perfectly manages to cater detailed and fastest approvals of their projects in all the government departments. He believes in paying personal attention to every project integrating his best and upgraded knowledge about all the norms and rules applied. His detailed study and interpretation bring the best to the clients benefits and progress hence establishing a very satisfactory and happy relation with his clients by delivering the best output at earliest.
